Terms of Service
Version 2.0 · Effective September 11, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Beech by business customers. By creating an account, accepting an invite, or using the service, you agree to these Terms for yourself and the firm you represent.
Agreement
Beech is a software platform for architecture firms, including modules for drawings, reviews, tasks, schedules, hours, project chat, and file management. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a firm, you represent that you are authorized to bind that firm.
Service and operations
We operate Beech with commercially reasonable care, including maintenance, backups, and incident response. Planned maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
We may modify, improve, deprecate, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical. Preview or beta features are provided as-is and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring invited users comply with these Terms.
Beech is offered for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your firm.
Free trial
New firms receive a 30-day free trial with no upfront payment requirement. Trial access uses the selected plan configuration.
If a firm does not renew before trial expiry, access to most product routes is restricted while billing and help routes remain available for account management. Trials do not automatically convert to paid subscriptions.
Plans, billing, and taxes
Beech offers plan tiers with different quantitative limits, including seat limits, active project limits, Vault storage allowances, and included BeeBo credits. Plan names and current commercial terms are shown in the product and on the pricing pages.
Fees are prepaid for the selected billing interval. Renewals and upgrades are billed at the prices in effect at checkout. Payments are processed through third-party processors including Razorpay.
You may cancel the main Beech subscription by contacting [email protected]. Self-serve cancellation in billing settings currently applies to supported add-ons. Billing and cancellation details are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Prices are shown in INR and currently treated as inclusive of applicable taxes unless we state otherwise at checkout. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your use where required by law.
Plan limits and enforcement
Active Admin, Manager, and Contributor users consume seats. Project creation is subject to the active project cap for the current plan, plus any approved custom project slots.
Vault uploads are subject to storage limits and file-size limits, including a 10 GiB maximum per file. If a storage add-on lapses and usage exceeds bundled limits, uploads may be write-blocked after the add-on grace period while existing data remains stored.
BeeBo usage is subject to included and purchased credit limits. If BeeBo credits are exhausted, BeeBo requests may be rejected until credits reset or additional credits are purchased.
Integrations and customer-directed egress
Beech supports integrations and outbound flows such as webhooks, Slack notifications, API tokens, and payment-provider workflows. Data sent through customer-configured integrations is sent under your instructions.
You are responsible for the security and compliance of third-party destinations you configure. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
AI and BeeBo features
Some features, including BeeBo and voice workflows, rely on third-party AI processors including OpenAI. Inputs may include prompts, conversation context, selected records, and audio for transcription or voice responses.
We configure AI providers for API processing and do not permit use of your firm content to train third-party models. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete, and must be reviewed by your team before use.
BeeBo may propose account actions such as creating records, assigning work, and sending messages. Execution requires user confirmation in the product. You are responsible for confirmed actions and their business consequences.
Professional responsibility
Beech is a coordination and record-keeping platform. It does not provide architectural, engineering, legal, statutory-approval, or safety advice, and does not replace licensed professional judgment.
Your firm remains solely responsible for design decisions, codes and regulation compliance, site safety, final deliverables, approvals, and all communications with clients, consultants, authorities, and contractors.
Data ownership, confidentiality, and security
Your firm retains ownership of content uploaded or created in Beech. You grant Beech a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and support the service.
Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Each party agrees to protect confidential information using reasonable care and use it only for permitted purposes. These obligations do not apply to information that is public through no breach, independently developed, or legally required to be disclosed.
We implement technical and organizational safeguards including role-based access, encrypted transport, and operational security controls. No system is perfectly secure.
Data retention, export, and deletion
Firm Admins can request firm data exports from settings, subject to platform safeguards and rate limits. Exports may exclude sensitive security artifacts and specific data classes that are not part of the export package.
Firm deletion requests include a 7-day grace period during which deletion can be cancelled by an Admin. After the grace period, permanent deletion workflows are run for stored account and file data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups for records you must retain.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the service without written authorization
- upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems
- use Beech for unlawful activity, harassment, or infringement
- resell, sublicense, or provide access as a service bureau without approval
- bypass plan or metering limits, including seats, storage, or credit controls
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or limit access for non-payment, security risks, legal compliance requirements, or material violation of these Terms. We may terminate accounts for repeated or severe violations.
You may stop using Beech at any time and request account closure. On termination, rights and obligations that by nature should survive will remain in effect, including confidentiality, fees owed, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnities.
Warranties and disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beech is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant uninterrupted service, that defects will always be corrected, or that outputs, including AI outputs, will be complete, accurate, or suitable for your professional or commercial objectives.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.
Beech's aggregate liability for claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the fees paid by your firm to Beech in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000 if no fees were paid.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beech and its operators from third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the service, your integrations and share links, or your violation of these Terms.
Beech will defend and indemnify your firm against third-party claims that the core Beech service directly infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, subject to your prompt notice and cooperation, and our option to modify, replace, or terminate affected functionality. This is our sole liability for such claims.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before initiating formal proceedings, each party will attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions for at least 30 days after written notice.
Unresolved disputes will be finally resolved by binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator. The seat and venue of arbitration will be Ernakulam (Kochi), Kerala. The arbitration language will be English.
Courts at Ernakulam, Kerala will have jurisdiction for interim relief and enforcement of arbitral awards.
General terms
We may update these Terms by posting an updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
If your firm signs a separate written order form or master agreement with Beech, that agreement controls over conflicting provisions in these Terms for the covered services.
If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. Neither party may assign these Terms without the other party's consent, except in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of substantially all assets.
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, government actions, labor disputes, or provider outages.
